{"id":2954,"date":"2018-08-03T12:07:01","date_gmt":"2018-08-03T16:07:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.journeesdelaculture.qc.ca\/?page_id=2954"},"modified":"2022-05-20T09:48:04","modified_gmt":"2022-05-20T13:48:04","slug":"about-the-journees-de-la-culture","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.journeesdelaculture.qc.ca\/en\/journees-de-la-culture\/about-the-journees-de-la-culture","title":{"rendered":"About the Journ\u00e9es de la culture"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"h1 h2\">The Journ\u00e9es de la culture<\/h2>\n<p>Initiated and coordinated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.culturepourtous.ca\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Culture pour tous,<\/strong><\/a> the Journ\u00e9es de la culture are <strong><a href=\"\/en\/activities\" rel=\"noopener\">free activities<\/a> open to everyone<\/strong> that promote <strong>greater access for the public to arts and culture.<\/strong> As proclaimed by the National Assembly, the event takes place every year <strong>across Quebec<\/strong> on the last Friday of September and the two days thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>The programming takes its source in cultural mediation and offers to <strong>discover<\/strong> and <strong>celebrate<\/strong> culture trough all its forms.
